Terms and Conditions of Use - ZENE
Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms, the following definitions apply:

Withdrawal period: the period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal;

Consumer: the natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;

Day: calendar day;

Distance contract: a contract concerning a range of products and/or services, where the delivery and/or purchase obligation is carried out remotely;

Durable medium: any means that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information in a way that it can be consulted later without modification;

Right of withdrawal: the option for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period;

Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers;

Distance communication technology: a method that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and the entrepreneur being physically present in the same place.

Article 3 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers made by the entrepreneur and to all distance contracts concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
The text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer before the conclusion of the distance contract.
If the contract is concluded electronically, the text will be provided in a way that allows the consumer to easily save it on a durable medium.
If that is not possible, it will be sent free of charge upon request.
Article 4 - The Offer
If an offer is subject to a validity period or specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding for the entrepreneur.
Product images are representative; however, we cannot guarantee that the displayed colors exactly match the actual colors of the products.
Article 5 - The Contract
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
If the consumer accepts the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of this acceptance.
The entrepreneur will take appropriate measures to secure the electronic transmission of data and provide a secure web environment.
If payment is made electronically, proper security measures will be in place.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The cooling-off period begins the day after the consumer receives the product.
During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must inform the entrepreneur within the specified time frame and return the product according to the provided instructions.
Article 7 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they are responsible for the direct return shipping costs.
The entrepreneur will refund the amount paid by the consumer as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after cancellation, provided the products have been received or the consumer provides proof of return.
Article 8 - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur may exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal in the following cases:

Products made to order or customized;

Products with a broken safety seal (e.g., hygiene products);

Products that deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life.
Article 9 - Price
During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of products and/or services will not be increased, except for changes due to tax rate adjustments or applicable duties.
Prices shown do not include import taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the consumer.
Article 10 - Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the contract and the specifications outlined in the offer.
Legal warranty applies in case of manufacturing defects or damaged products.
If a defect is found, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur within 14 days after delivery.
Article 11 - Delivery and Execution
The entrepreneur undertakes to handle product orders with care.
Products will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer within the time specified in the offer.
In case of delay or product unavailability, the consumer will be informed and has the right to cancel the contract with a full refund.
Article 12 - Payment
Amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 7 days of order confirmation.
The consumer is required to immediately report any errors in the payment information provided.
Article 13 - Complaints
Complaints regarding the execution of the contract must be submitted to the entrepreneur within 7 days after discovering the issue, clearly and completely described.
The entrepreneur will respond to complaints within 14 days.
Article 14 - Applicable Law
Contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer are governed exclusively by Brazilian law.
